The Planning departments of England and Wales have less than 60% of their
required personnel.
PP1 Nominee™ Consultee’s advise is that no planning application be deposited
until this totally unprofessional situation is resolved.
Any planning department receiving an application and payment with no
attempt to process and provide a decision in any agreed time, are breaking the
law of retail trading.
